By Mr. Hank from around the 1970's. Sleeveless. No fabric content tag but it feels like all cotton. Fully lined. High waisted with elastic under the bodice. Wide black ribbon trim at the neckline and under bodice with long tie sash. The skirt has black corduroy and red and black leaf print patchwork. Pull over. No size tag but size XS/S. My mannequin is a 2 and it's just a little extra room. It measures 54" long. Laying flat seam to seam it's 17" across under the arms, under the bodice un-stretched it's 12" and stretches up to 16", 24" at the hips. Very good condition. The only issues is there was a small tear a the seam under on arm hole which I repaired. There were also a few faint light colored stains that I cleaned with fabric cleaner and they appear to be gone. I'm not sure if it should be washed or dry cleaned. I haven't done either. I ship same or next business day.
